Jackie Schams

Jackie Schams is a Las Vegas native with direct experience in various facets of real estate development, including but not limited to, project management, land development, acquisitions, entitlements, and vertical construction.  As an acquisition and entitlement specialist with over eleven years of experience, Jackie has driven great results reflected in successful and profitable projects she’s done from inception to completion.  Jackie’s skills are best presented in real estate valuation, contract negotiations, problem solving, strategic planning, implementation, critical thinking, and cross functional collaboration. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, hiking, biking, or doing just about any type of physical fitness activity. Jackie is also an Internationally Certified Pilates Instructor, so if she’s not hiking or spending time with her daughter, you can find her on some type of Pilates apparatus in her home studio.  Her motivation, industry experience, and extensive knowledge on the Las Vegas Market makes her a valuable addition to the TRU team!
