Joaquin Vargas-Estrada

Joaquin was born in Reno, Nevada where he grew up until he attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. During his time there he participated and actively engaged within UNLV’s FinTech Group and Rebel Investment Fund. As the first of his family to graduate college, Joaquin earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis is Finance.
Prior to joining the TRU Development team, Joaquin held investment banking and capital markets analyst positions at CBRE, Valtus Capital Group, and Newmark Knight Frank. During his time at Newmark Knight Frank Joaquin underwrote and assisted in closing over $500mm worth of multifamily assets. At TRU he specializes in financial analysis/modeling, underwriting, and market research.
