Mica was born and raised in Las Vegas, NV. She brings over 8 years of experience in various roles, implementing program and project management skills, with proven track record of accomplishment. She has experience in review of planning and design, contract negotiation, external consultant management, and site supervision. Assisted in managing project design and delivery, while effectively exceeding standards, from feasibility analysis, design, and construction to final handover. Mica has a strong background in monitoring quality of work through all phases of development process. Diversified in coordination of multidisciplinary design & delivery teams across asset classes: office, condominium, retail, master planned residential communities and hospitality projects.
